We respect your privacy. Your information (name, email, payment details) is only used to process and ship orders, or to send updates if you subscribe to our mailing list. We do not sell or rent your data. Payments are processed securely through Squarespace/Stripe.

Terms & Conditions

By purchasing from Vessel, you agree to the following:

  • Products are for personal use only.

  • Prices and availability may change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (for example, due to stock issues or suspected fraud).

  • All designs, content, and stories published under Living Temple remain our intellectual property.

Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

  • U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after fulfillment.

  • Unfortunately we do not ship internationally. US Only.

  • Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping addresses — we cannot replace items lost due to incorrect information.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days upon delivery if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Customers cover return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive the return.

  • Sale/clearance items are final sale.
