SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT // VESSEL LOGISTICS DIVISION

Each order is processed manually through our print and fulfillment systems. Standard processing time is 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted on a drop release.

Once dispatched, domestic shipments usually arrive within 3–7 business days.

003 // Tracking Information
Once your package leaves our facility, you’ll receive a transmission with tracking data. Tracking updates depend on the carrier’s system and may take up to 24 hours to sync.

we use flat rate shipping for all products.

005 // Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package appears lost, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll help locate it or determine replacement eligibility. Once a carrier confirms delivery, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

Verify your shipping information before checkout. We’re unable to reroute packages once dispatched.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 standard days of delivery confirmation. Gear must remain unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Items showing signs of wear, wash, or print damage can’t be cleared for return. Hold off on field use until you know it’s the right fit.

003 // Final Sale & Limited Drops
All discounted, clearance, or limited-run drop items are final sale. Once a transmission ends, that run is closed—no returns, no restocks.

004 // Exchanges
Need a different size or item? Send a request within the return window. Exchanges are processed only while current stock permits.

005 // Refunds
Approved returns are credited back to the original payment method, minus shipping costs. Allow up to 10 business days after arrival at our facility for inspection and clearance.

Return shipping is handled by the buyer unless the gear arrives damaged or defective. Use a trackable courier—lost shipments can’t be reimbursed.
